INVERTER WELDING MACHINE STAYER 200A MODEL CEL GE-K

The new Stayer CEL GE K welding machine has a power of 200 Amperes with 230 Volt current, thus it falls into the category of professional welding machines. Power required with electrode ø2.5 < 3 Kw. This welding machine can be used with a generator provided that the generator is at least 3kw effective inverter thanks to an absolutely high duty cycle (200 A at 60% and 160 A at 100% at 40°C). This power tool has been designed for welding with cellulose electrodes (E6010) and aluminium up to a diameter of 5mm. Additionally, it is equipped with a metal alloy cooling fan and a toroidal transformer. Two switches, managed by a microprocessor, allow the choice between the electrode process (MMA) and, in this case, between rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron, and cellulose electrodes and aluminium, as well as the Tig process with Lift Arc ignition. This leaves the operator the option on the process to be executed after welding with cellulose electrode for mechanical reinforcement welding. The digital ammeter also allows for precise adjustment of the welding current.
