Field of use:
Used for anchoring rubber signage elements to the road surface.

5080 is a solvent-based pasty adhesive, black in colour, suitable for bonding rubber and semi-rigid PVC to concrete, wood, bituminous conglomerates, and metals.
Method of use:
Surface preparation: the materials to be bonded must be clean and dry.
For vulcanised rubber, the best adhesion results are achieved by sanding the surface beforehand.
Application: apply the adhesive with a notched spatula to both surfaces to be joined.
Drying time: Wait 15 minutes to allow the solvent to evaporate.
Assembly: once dried, assemble the parts and press evenly to ensure contact of the adhesive films.
Note: For bonds that do not require high initial strength, adhesive 5080 can be used as a single-hand adhesive, joining the parts while the film is still wet; this method is applicable for bonding materials that are insensitive to prolonged solvent presence and sufficiently porous.
